Lite Work Designs was born on a building site. Our founder, Mike, invented the first Mover in 2023 to solve his own installation problems, our sister company, Hello Renewables use our Movers every week - as one person safely doing a job that often takes a team of three or four. Every product is shaped by real jobs, real sites and real feedback, supported by a dedicated Lite Work team to deliver our products to installers.

Install → Feedback → Design → Build → Install.

Our Priorities.

  • Safety:

    • Safe Operation is fundamental to the success of our business and documented in our Operators Manual

    • Training - detailed Operations Manual, on-line videos or on-site training / demonstrations. 

    • Load Testing - The Max and Safe Working Loads (SWL) are established through rigorous testing for every product by a professional / certified UK testing agency. We monitor all customer feedback to ensure safety is never compromised. 

    • Maintenance - monthly maintenance, documented in our Operations Manual

  • Compliance:  The Mover complies with UK and EU Health & Safety Manual, Handling Regulations. EU compliance is certified by an EU Authorisation Agency based in Holland as documented in the Operations Manual. 

  • Quality: Hello Renewables (our sister company) has used the Mover every week for the past 5 years. The Mover and fitting kit is deliberately over engineered, ensuring stability and durability continue. We monitor all customer feedback to ensure safety is maintained. We check every Mover before it leaves the unit.

    • Some of our early Movers were painted black. On occasions, the pain could peel off to reveal the amazing colours, patterns and outlines of the reusable household plastic we see today. The Mover’s safety and functionality are never compromised under any circumstances.

  • Functionality: We design and build all of our products to deliver ‘above-and-beyond’ in the toughest terrain and operating environment - a typical building site in the winter.

Mike Wyeth

Founder & CEO (Hello Renewables & Lite Work Designs)

Mike is a hands-on innovator who knows the renewable energy industry from the ground up. As a working installer, he identified a real gap in the market and turned it into a solution — inventing and productionising the Heat Pump Mover in 2023. Built from firsthand experience on the job, it was designed to make installations safer, easier, and more professional. His founder story is one of practical problem-solving meeting entrepreneurial drive — a rare combination that continues to shape the culture and vision of both Lite Work Designs and Hello Renewables..

Steve joined in 2024 and holds two critical roles — leading the Lite Work operations team and serving as a lead installer at Hello Renewables. That first-hand installation experience shapes how he approaches health & safety, quality management, and operational standards across both businesses.

Penny keeps Mike's packed schedule running smoothly and manages accounts across both Lite Work Designs and Hello Renewables. Laser-focused on financial accuracy, she ensures invoices, payments, and compliance are always on top — while bringing an energy to the office that keeps the whole team motivated.

Paul Swaden

Paul joined us in September 2026 as Operations Manager. An experienced warehouse manager with an engineering background, he oversees the manufacture of our full product range and keeps stock ready to ship. His top priority is build quality: making sure every product that leaves our workshop is made to a high standard, in a safe, well-run workshop.

Scott Shibley

Scott leads sales for Hello Renewables - he also helps us build customer orders. Why is this important to us - Scott works closely with customers, Mike and Steve on-site, which positions him perfectly to feedback real life installation challenges. This is fundamental to our installer-let product development work.

George Blows

Installer and Mover Manufacturing

George is a HVAC installer but reports to Paul when he is making Moves. He is responsible for building all of our Movers to the highest standard, and brings that same hands-on precision and experience provided to Mike, Scott and Steve for Hello Renewables installations.

We are a specialist installer-led product business that designs, manufactures, and sells manual handling equipment for professional installers working with heat pumps, HVAC units, PV and thermal batteries, radiators, oil boilers / tanks, and other heavy kit or building-service components. Our flagship product is the Mover product family — Heat Pump Mover, MINI Mover, MICRO Mover, and MAXI Mover — each designed for specific loads, widths and installation environments, with fitting kits included for immediate use on site.

We differentiate ourselves through a founder-led product design rooted in real installer experience, practical compliance and features tied to manual handling regulations, and a clear emphasis on ruggedness, tested at max load capacity.
