Does the Heat Pump Mover need maintenance?
YES: We recommend a monthly check of tyre pressures at 30psi for pumps weighing 100-150kg. Check all the bolts remain tight and the wheels nuts are ‘snug’ - tighten to prevent excess side to side movement of 1mm . Please see our Operations Manual page 14 section 9 for full details.
Do I get discount if I buy multiple Heat Pump Movers?
YES: If you are buying over 5 Movers in one order, we can offer a 5% discount. Please use or Contact Form and we’ll get it sorted . Contact Us Here
Do you have a returning customer discount?
YES: We offer a returning customer discount.
For example if you originally purchased 3 Heat Pump Movers and require a further 5 in the future (making a combined order of 8), please use our contact form, let us have the original order number and date and we will apply the “over 5 Movers” discount of 5% for the 6th, 7th and 8th Mover.
What is the Safe Working Load of the Heat Pump Mover?
The total load on the original Heat Pump Mover cannot exceed 272kg - the 2026 Heat Pump Mover can handle 400kg loads.
What comes in the box?
Heat Pump Mover - ready to use, fitting instructions with an accessories bag containing two pull handles / carabiner / pull strap / ratchet straps / strap clips and 2 x Allen keys for monthly maintenance
Is it heavy to carry?
No the whole thing weights 9.9kg with the box.
Will it fit all heat pumps?
YES: The 2026 Heat Pump Mover fits all domestic heat pumps, as long as they have a flat underside, feet and are no wider than 620mm.
Does the Heat Pump Mover come with a warranty?
Yes, the original Heat Pump Mover comes with a 3 year warranty for all parts excluding tyres as these are out of our control. The 2026 Heat Pump Mover has a lifetime warranty excluding wheels and tyres. We will require proof of purchase when claiming warranty items.

Using the Mover is significantly safer than physically lifting a pump across a site where the risk of personal injury and/or pump damage is very high.
The Mover has been designed to carry up to 200Kg across a typical building site.

The Mover has a solid steel axle and pneumatic tyres to make your pull solid and stable, no matter what the environment. The pump strap holds the pump foot fast in the Mover recess with the pull strap and handle attached to make it an easy pull.

It can take three people to carry a pump across a site. If your customer‘s watching on, struggling or even worse - dropping the pump would be extremely embarrassing. With every pump move, your reputation is on-the-line.
When you start using the Mover, you’ll know you made a brilliant investment.

Working with precision engineers to get the Mover machined and assembled was quite amusing as each Mover is unique. We designed and manufactured the major components from 100% recycled household plastic, so nothing’s quite square or straight. But it doesn’t matter, it still looks good and works perfectly passing all our tests.

When you’ve finished with your Mover please return it to us and we’ll recycle it for you.

WHEELS: The Heat Pump Mover is warranted for life excluding tyres as we have no control over your specific operating environment where tyres can be damaged. If they do - we can supply replacement parts.
PUMP STRAP: We can provide a replacement Pump Strap if you lose or damage yours.
PULL STRAP AND HANDLE: We can provide new Pull Strap and Handle if you lose or damage yours.

For your safety, the Heat Pump Mover must only be used within these constrains.
MAX LOAD MOVING: The maximum load for the original Heat Pump Mover is 272Kg whilst being moved across typical building site.
the 2026 Heat Pump Mover is 400kg.
MAX DISTANCE: Max distance for a single movement across a typical building site is 100m in a single movement.
MAX TILT: The maximum tilt angle (side to side) the Heat Pump Mover can work is 5 DEG for an obstacle while moving across a typical building site. If the site is particularly rough, you must stop after each major obstacle to prevent a side swing momentum from building up.
MAX PULL: Whilst pulling the Mover and Heat Pump across a typical building site the maximum pull load on the handle provided is 50Kg pull to prevent the Heat Pump from being damaged.
MAX TIGHTEN: Straps should be lightly tightened to prevent the Heat Pump from moving on the Mover. The straps must not be tightened over 50Kg to prevent the Heat Pump from being damaged.
MAX SPEED: For your safety, the Mover is designed for walking speed you must not exceed 4 km/h.
TYRE PRESSURE: The optimum type pressure for Heat Pump stability is 30 psi for pumps weighing over 100 Kg.
